A clear brief makes it easier to discuss the right product, realistic timing and the services you actually need.
Tell us about the artist, products, quantities, required arrival date and destinations. Include references or artwork links if you have them.
Discuss creative development, production and delivery requirements. Identify open decisions, product feasibility and the information needed to price the work.
Before committing, confirm the quote, specifications, artwork, approval steps, payment terms and schedule. Ask how samples, changes, shipping and taxes are handled in your proposal.
Move forward with the agreed manufacturing and delivery plan. Receiving contacts, destination quantities and customer-delivery requirements should be settled as part of that plan.
Pricing depends on the product, materials, design work, finishes, quantities and delivery scope. Send an estimated budget or target unit cost if you have one. Your quote should specify what is included and what is charged separately. Shipping, duties, taxes, Shopify subscriptions, paid apps and additional development may need separate treatment depending on the project.
Our business ranges from a few pieces to millions, but not every product or technique works at every quantity. Minimums are confirmed for the specific product and construction.
Contact us once you know your target arrival date. Product development, approvals, manufacturing and transit all affect timing. A deadline entered in a brief is a requested date, not a confirmed delivery commitment.
